The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby hiking areas for those looking to explore the beautiful surroundings.
There was a major downside to my stay. Despite the hotel being full, I was given a room without a balcony.

We had a great time at this hotel for our short getaway! the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome. the location was perfect as it was close to some amazing hiking areas. Our room was cozy and the bathroom was clean and spacious. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. We also enjoyed the sauna and steam bath which helped us relax after a long day of exploring. the lift was a bonus, especially for my old dog who couldn't do stairs.
The lack of a balcony in our room was a bit disappointing, especially since we were told the hotel was full.

The staff were lovely and friendly and the location was great for hiking. the sauna and steam bath were very relaxing after a day of hiking. the lift was a nice touch for my aging companion who cannot do stairs.
I was given a room without a balcony even though I was told the hotel was pretty full. It was quite dark and had no natural sunlight.

The hotel facilities, particularly the sauna and steam bath, provided a much-needed relaxation after a day of hiking in the nearby areas. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful hiking trails, offering stunning views of the surrounding nature. Special mention goes to the lift, which was a great convenience for our elderly dog who struggles with stairs.
